Peripheral programming

On June 30, noon till 1 pm, in coöperation with NORTH SEA ROUND TOWN, MAREEN.
Mareen, with Laura Drion and Andrew Moreno. The two met at Codarts in Rotterdam. The young jazz vocalist and guitarist quickly discovered that they have exceptional musical chemistry. Their preference for improvisation and conveying a heartfelt story plays an important role in this. Outside or inside, depending on the weather!

On July 7, iCOON organizes a lecture/presentation about the life and work of Dom Hans van der Laan by Valentijn Carbo.
Valentijn Carbo is an architectural historian at Hendrick de Keyser monuments. They are also the ones who make Dom Hans van der Laan's original furniture available for the exhibition.

July 13, 4 pm, in coöperation with NORTH SEA ROUND TOWN, MICHELLE SAMBA.
Michelle Samba shifts fluidly between drumming, singing, producing, painting, writing, photography and performance art, ridding herself of the contemporary impressionism that stems from her personal history. After years of touring as a drummer and bassist, working on duo projects and composing for theater, film and games, she is now becoming a solo artist, with radical projects in the making.

On July 20 & 21, 2 pm, there is a guided tour of the 6 designers of SIT PRAY WORK.

On July 27 there will be a performance by the Eindhoven artist Frank van Ansem. He designs and makes books, unique or in small editions, completely in style and suitable for the exhibition. They are almost more works of art than books. Frank van Ansem gives this performance together with his son Woes Doornbos.
